Anne Ellyse Kania is a Certified Public Accountant passionate about applying traditional business best practices to organizations that serve a social mission. She began her career providing direct service within the nonprofit sector, before completing her MBA in Nonprofit Management with a concentration in Social Policy Management at Brandeis University’s Heller School.
Since completing graduate school in 2014, Anne Ellyse has worked in both the private and nonprofit sectors in Boston, New York, New Orleans, and Washington DC. Her clients have ranged from restaurants and pharmaceutical companies, to grassroots organizations combating some of our most pressing social injustices. Notably, Anne Ellyse has extensive experience in the fields of education, housing and homelessness, arts and culture, reproductive rights, and restorative justice.
Anne Ellyse is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the National Grants Management Association, and the National Organization for Women. She currently resides in Washington, DC with her partner, their two dogs, and an abundance of plants.
