KELLY GOSHE
Director, Data and Procedures
Kelly Goshe began her career as a certified public accountant and assurance auditor for Ernst & Young in Cleveland, Ohio. Kelly worked with clients to evaluate strong internal controls and to identify and resolve accounting disclosure issues. In addition to her audit responsibilities, Kelly was an advisory board member for E&Y’s Professional Women’s Network helping to promote the education and advancement of fellow female professionals. Later Kelly joined KeyBank as a talent recruiter. Recognizing opportunity to create teams more reflective of the community, Kelly employed innovative tactics in order to recruit team members of diverse backgrounds. Her efforts at KeyBank reflected her belief that inclusion is an active, not passive, activity and that diversity as a fundamental principle would enhance the productivity of the organization.

While achieving significant professional success at Ernst and Young and KeyBank, Kelly made the difficult but subsequently incredibly fulfilling decision to become a full-time family manager. She works daily to ensure that her three children develop into responsible and caring adults who embody the values that she so deeply believes in— compassion for humanity and service to community.

Kelly continues to pursue her passion for mentoring women by serving as a national alumna relations specialist for Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority. In this role, Kelly coordinates with 16 alumnae associations and 12 active chapters to achieve Kappa’s mission of building life-long relationships that provide support and opportunities for self-growth. Kelly’s volunteer activities also include voter registration drives with the League of Women Voters, lobbying efforts for Moms Demand Action, and various Parent-Teacher Association roles within her children’s schools.

Kelly earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree with High Honors from Emory University in Atlanta, GA where she was also inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.
